Ha Katzir Dancers at Congregation Yeshuat Tsion
Dance team at Yeshuat Tsion. Click here to see us on Youtube! We have dancers at our services and take our dances around the city. We are looking for others to join us!
We are always looking for talented singers and musicians to join our congregation and help enhance our worship to the Lord. Please consider us if you are interested.
Yeshua instructed us to get his message out and work to reach others to follow him. Yeshuat Tsion is committed to sharing the GoodNews with all people, with special emphasis on those in the Jewish community. Our outreach team has gone out to parks to present worship dance and literature about Yeshua. We anticipate doing more so in this coming year. If you are intrigued with this kind of ministry, please contact us.
We love to dance for Yeshua in public places to show the joy we have in Him and to give those who are seeking spiritual answers a chance to talk with CYT people who love to share the Good News!

We are a mishpachah, a family, of believers. We gather together to celebrate the Lord, His mo'adim and each other. Onegs are a time of feeding the body but also of feeding the soul. As we serve each other, we in turn are fed. The oneg ministry offers individuals the opportunity to use their gifts and talents of planning, decorating and food preparation to bring joy to our family. The ministry provides an opportunity to grow relationships and to pray with one another.
Scripture calls on men to be a "band of brothers." For many of us it is a tall order because our culture teaches us to ride alone, which is the last thing we really need to do. Our men gather monthly at different homes for fellowship, food, prayer and sharing. These are great times for mutual building up. We look forward for more opportunities to do so and welcome you to join us.
At CYT, our goal is to raise up the next generation of Messianic believers in Yeshua. We do this through a three-pronged approach: In Shabbat School, the teachings range from fundamentals of the faith, to apologetics, discussion of contemporary issues and how they relate to Scripture. For integration within the larger body of the Congregation, the youth assist in Torah Service, worship, sound, and break-down, where ever help is needed. Finally, the youth are encouraged in outreach and creativity through drama, dance and service to the community at large.
Scripture admonishes us to study and show ourselves approved – that we may be grounded in His Word, in His love, and equipped for every good work. The Book Table provides numerous Messianic Jewish resources for study, prayer, devotion, and worship. Tragically, the Body of Messiah has been cut off from its Jewish roots for many centuries, resulting in the passing down of some errant teachings. It is crucial that we examine the Scriptures carefully so that we understand clearly. These tools have proven helpful for correction and vital for deepening our intimacy with the LORD.
Torah Service Ministry
Our devotion to Messiah Yeshua (Jesus) does not invalidate our need to follow God's timeless principles spelled out in the Torah. Yeshua stated, "I did not come to abolish the Torah or the Prophets. I have come not to abolish but to complete.," (Matthew 5:17), and again, " If you love me, keep my commandments." (John 14:15). The fact that He fulfilled the Torah does not mean that it is irrelevant to us. On the contrary, the Torah and the rest of Scriptures are invaluable for sound, godly living (2 Timothy 3:16). We seek to be Torah-friendly but not Torah obsessive (consumed with a legalistic devotion to minutiae; Matthew 23:24).
