Does not include: personal expenses and group bus transfer to Jerusalem from the airport.

3. ADDITIONAL FEES:

a. Private room surcharge (optional) $800.00

b. Optional Jordan extension (2 ½ days - all inclusive) $728.00

c. GROUP bus transfer from airport to Jerusalem (required) $850.00

i. This amount will be DIVIDED EQUALLY between all the participants

(e.g. 30 participants would have to pay $29/person; 25 participants

would have to pay $34/person)

4. PAYMENTS :

ii. Since there is a maximum of 36 participants, the first 36 individuals who send their deposit will be on the official „participants list‟. A waiting list will be created for additional inquiries.

b. Trip deposit - December 5th 2009 (non-refundable) $400.00

i. Deposits will still be accepted between December 5th and February 5th with a $25 late fee.

c. Final payment - February 5th, 2010

i. Final tour payments (the final tour price including airfare, minus the deposit) must be paid by check to Denver Seminary and sent by Monday, February 5th to:

d. After February 5th, registration will be closed and the tour places and deposits associated with any unfulfilled payments will be forfeited. Cancellations must be submitted to Hélène Dallaire via email (helene.dallaire@denverseminary.edu)

5. ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS:

b. Course offered for credit or non-credit (audit) - credits transferable to Denver Seminary for no additional fee

c. Requirements:

i. FOR CREDIT

1. have minimum of 1 year of college

2. OR currently enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program (minimum 2.0 GPA)

ii. NON-CREDIT (audit)

1. 18 years old (mature 13 years of age or older allowed when accompanied by parent)

2. If 50 years old or more, need doctor‟s exam and approval

iii. GOOD PHYSICAL CONDITION - the program includes sustained hiking in rugged terrain, stair climbing, etc.

7. JORDAN EXTENSION:

b. Visit to the land of the Moabites, Edomites, Reuben & Gad, including Petra, Jerash, Mt Nebo, and Madaba.

c. The Jordan field trip fees include the Jordan instructor, hotels in Amman, Jordan, transportation, 3 meals a day, tips and fees and includes an overnight in Jerusalem after the group returns from Jordan on Monday night. JUC takes care of the arrangements for the Jordan visa for the students. The departure date for home after the Jordan field trip will be on Tuesday, June 8, 2010.
