Challah - special braided Shabbat bread
Chanukah - remembering how the L-rd gave victory to the Maccabees

Haftarah - Nevi'im/Prophets portion of Tanach for Shabbat
Kaddish - doxology, prayer of praise and worship
Kiddush - Sanctification (blessing over the wine and bread each Shabbat)
K'tuvim - Writings
Matzah - unleavened bread
Messiach - Savior
Nevi'im - Prophets
Parashiyot (also Parashot, Parasha - singular) - Torah portions read on Shabbat and Holy Days
Pesach - Passover
Purim - celebrates deliverance of Persian Jews through Esther
Pushkah - Offering Box
Rabbi - Teacher
Rebbetzin - Mrs. Rabbi (wife of Rabbi)
Rosh HaShanah - New Year
Ruach HaKodesh - Holy Spirit
Shabbat - Sabbath, last day of week (Saturday), the Biblical day of worship
Shabbat Shalom - Shabbath peace ~ traditional Sabbath greeting
Shalom - peace, hello, goodbye
Shavuot - feast of weeks, the pouring out of the Holy Spirit on Yeshua's disciples on this day
Simchat Torah - Rejoicing in the Torah
Succot - Festival of Booths/Tabernacles
Tallit - prayer shawl
Tanach - Old Testament/Covenant, Tanach is an acronym for Torah-Nevi'im-K'tuvim... Torah-Prophets-Writings, all refering to Books of the Old Testament
Tish'ah B'av - day of mourning for fall of Temples, Bar Kochba rebellion, expelling from Spain
Torah - First five books of Tanach
Tsion - Zion (Israel)
T'vilah - believer's immersion (baptism)
Yeshuah - Jesus
Yeshuat Tsion - Salvation of/from/to Zion
Yom HaSho'ah - Holocaust Awareness Day
Yom Kippur - Day of Atonement
